Hello, folks! I am so sleepy at the moment, I don’t have much to say at all, but I really wanted to try and post this before hitting the sack. So, let’s dive right into it!
I have a couple of very autumnal manis lined up. The first is for the prompt of the #clairetelle8challenge for yesterday, woodland creatures.
I received my Moyra group buy plates last week and had to use one that I was super-excited about – plate-83 Fall In Love. The lovely mustard yellow base is Urbanized by Cirque Colors, a polish that I get a lot of use out of all year round, particularly in fall. I stamped the leaf images on all nails using a bunch of Born Pretty stamping polishes in orange, burgundy, green and teal. I reverse-stamped the images of the owl and the hedgehog from the same plate using Moyra brown stamping polish and filling in with a mix of the same Born Pretty polishes.
Fun fact: Butterflies are woodland creatures, too. Did you know that? I did not! I got curious when I was doing my mani and looked up the diversity amidst this category of animals and was so surprised to find butterflies listed! So here’s a glam shot featuring a butterfly. And with that, I bid you a good night and I’ll be back tomorrow with a similar mani, but featuring a completely different animal. Until then, toodles!
